The buds opened into beautiful blooms with the distinctive fringe around the outer corolla. There was no detectable scent and disappointingly the flowers are only fully open at night and early in the morning when the plant lights first come on. Mid-day the flowers are half closed; the flowers also only last for a couple of days before dropping off.
