Hoya polyneura

Hoya polyneura is not an easy to grow plant.  It roots easily, but goes downhill just as quickly.  The leaves turn yellow and fall off.  I tried it a few years ago, and gave up on it deciding that it was not going to grow for me.  This summer I spotted a nice Exotic Angel potted specimen at our local Lowes and decided to give it another shot.  Knock on wood; this plant seems to be holding up really well through the winter, and we shall see if it blooms this summer.  Maybe the secret is the EA potting mix; I just don’t know.  When it is healthy it really makes a nice basket.
