I know little about this plant so the entry here will be short and updated after I have grown it for a while. Hoya Bella Albomarginata is also known as Hoya Bella Anneke Buis. I received it in a trade in the spring of 2022 and have been pleasantly surprised at how well it has done for me. It is growing in a heavier mix than I am used to, but so far so good! The flowers are identical to the regular Bella, and the foliage seems to change color depending on how much light it gets.
