All good things must come to an end, and so we bid farewell to Hoya sp. aff. vitiensis NS05-021 for now. While I have not grown the orange vitiensis for long, I can heartily recommend it to novice, and advanced Hoya growers alike. It is the easiest to flower of the three H. vitiensis flower colors. It grows so fast that it may require frequently restarting it from cuttings; I have already chopped mine up after only a year. I kept one nice start and spread the rest of it around the U.S. so it should be widely available soon.
