I just did a little research on this plant and found out that it comes from Narathiwat, which is a southern province of Thailand.  After I looked up the climate, I was surprised that we can even begin to grow a plant like this here.  The average daily humidity is over 80% year around with night time low temps never dropping below 70°F and day time temps in the mid to high 80s.  Makes me wonder why I’m even fooling around with plants such as these.  If it were not for my grow tents – forget about it!
