I knew that this was the wrong time of the year for Hoya linearis to flower. After taking this photo of the flower. I investigated the roots of this one grown in leca using passive hydroponics. The roots were completely rotted away. I threw the plant and media away in disgust. Don’t worry about me losing the plant as I have pots of this growing everywhere in the house. They are growing in soil, which is the only way that I will grow it from now on.
