Hoya manipurenis seedlings are finally showing signs that they are indeed Hoya manipurenis.  I no longer think that they were crossed with anything.  It just took a very long time for their bow tie leaves to begin to develop.  As you can see in the photo below, the newest leaves are beginning to show their characteristic shape.
