Time for a New Hoya – H. papaschonii

I actually flowered this Hoya between six and eight weeks ago, but sometimes I need to save up some of these first-timers for dry flower periods.  I was sent two very tiny seedlings over the summer from my very good friend Patrick from Michigan.  One did not make it, and one which I planted using the semi-hydro method with straight Growstones did manage to hang on and flower for me.  Here is a photo of the plant and buds.
