While Hoya kloppenburgii has not grown very quickly, it has grown steadily without stop using the semi-hydro method of cultivation.  I watered with a balanced fertilizer solution weekly and grew the plant under artificial lighting.  Here is a photo with overblown color saturation that makes it look like it is lit by neon.
