The first time I ordered large plants from Thailand, they looked like they were mostly cooked and in pretty bad shape.  I was able after a few months to save four out of the five plants sent.  The second time I ordered cuttings with no roots and they arrived in excellent shape.  What will I find this time – anticipation is driving me mad!
