Here is another H. imperialis photo; it is not that great, but in my defense, it is such a glossy flower that it is difficult to get a really nice result.  I will however keep trying to improve.  A few words about Hoyas as cut flowers.  Hoya imperialis and Hoya macgillivrayi last nicely for about a week.  Hoya megalaster is gone after a few hours.  Something to keep in mind for any of you planning on using them in a corsage.
