Just in time for Valentines Day next week, the Sweetheart Hoya, in one of my best time-lapses. Everything came together for this one. You can see not only buds opening, but nectar formation, leaf and stem growth. Without further ado, Just the Flowers Ma’am! Hoya kerrii:
Here is my newest time-lapse video Just the Flowers Ma’am Hoya Pottsii ‘sp. Thailand’ I had to put this movie together from over 2,000 separate shots – the flowers just did not want to open with 24/7 light. Next videos to be uploaded will be the ones of Hoya kerrii, which I am particularly proud of.
The Pink Dragon should be blooming any day now; the photo below was taken about a week ago. What I especially like about this plant is that it requires no special care and does well in the regular house. In celebration of Valentine’s Day, within the next couple of weeks I will have up two new videos of Hoya kerrii. A Visit with Hoya kerrii and Just the Flowers Ma’am Hoya kerrii.
