Hoya sp. aff. vitellina IML 1348 flowered for the first time last summer outdoors in a tent greenhouse with strong sunlight. Apparently it does need very strong light in order to flower. I have subsequently flowered it under artificial light, but it was quite intense.

Time to Talk About Hoya sp. aff. vitellina IML 1348
I not exactly sure of the details, but I think that I got this plant as a cutting from Ric Morier in Florida in 2015. The tag on it says Hoya vitellina IML 1348, but I see that everyone else on line is calling it Hoya sp. aff. vitellina IML 1348 so I guess that is what I will do. Here is a photo of the leaves, which are actually a lot nicer, but I had some bleaching from strong sunlight going on here.
Hoya sipitangensis Showing the Whole Plant

Happy June 1st – Final Day with Hoya lithophytica
I have to say that Hoya lithophytica has become one of my favorite Hoyas. It stays a manageable size; reminds me of a creeping crab spider, and the flowers are stunning when they happen.
Crushed Seashell Does Wonders For This Plant
Hoya lithophytica only took off and started growing well for me after adding crushed seashells (I smashed them with a hammer!) to the mix.
Hoya lithophytica Flowers Best Under Strong LED Lighting
I have two Hoya lithophytica plants of the same size and age. One was grown under T-5 fluorescent lights and another under strong LED light. Only the plant under the LED developed peduncles and flowered.
