Well, I had a 100% germination rate for my Hoya manipurensis seeds.  Pictured below is the cotyledon stage along with the very first true leaf beginning to emerge.  At this point, nothing looks like the little bow-tie leaves that we expect in the mature plant.  All seed was germinated in and growing in sphagnum moss.  It should be a blast watching these tiny plants develop.
