Once again Hoya serpens is with Seed Pod.  This plant is one of the easiest of all Hoyas to pollinate.  Simply hang a light next to it outside for a few nights when in flower.  Moths with take care of the rest.  I was able to capture some very exciting time-lapse footage of the seed pods developing; so look for a video on my YouTube channel in the very near future.
