I had a conversation with a Florida grower recently about Hoya pubicalyx ‘Pink Dragon’.  She was unimpressed with the coloration and could not get hers to look like mine.  I did not know what she was talking about until this summer.  I had my plant outside for months with very bright sun, and the flowers were not the beautiful shade of very light pink that I was used to.  They were much darker! If you want to get the very beautiful coloration that I have shown you in the past, grow it indoors without huge amounts of sun.  As soon as I moved it back inside, I am getting the full beauty of the flowers once again.  Here is a photo I just took a few minutes ago:
