Hoya halconensis has to be a candidate for easiest to grow, easiest to bloom Hoya of all time.  It is blooming from multiple peduncles now at the end of January in the regular house on a window sill with no supplemental light.  If you all knew how very little sun we get here at this time of the year, I think you might be as impressed with this plant as I am.  It is a must have!  Here is a photo from this morning:
