It took me two and a half years to bring Hoya hypolasia into bloom, but I feel it could have been achieved much sooner had I known about some of its needs ahead of time.  The blooms are stunning, but very short lived; my plant bloomed on a Saturday and the blooms closed by Tuesday.  Here is a final shot of a closeup of one of the flowers.  I will have a video up of the plant sometime before the snow flies.
