I can find almost no information about Hoya pandurata Online other than it comes from China, may be endangered, and apparently prefers cooler temperatures.  I can’t speak to the cooler temperatures because the buds opened on my plant in an enclosed plastic bag with daytime temps in the mid 80°s F.
