My good friend Julie Kennedy from the U.K. sent me this unrooted cutting a few weeks ago with a peduncle and small buds in place.  I was somewhat surprised that the buds not only held on but opened well before a root system had formed.  I really like this Hoya a lot and think that it will be destined to become one of my favorites.
