As Hoya latifolia ages it flowers in greater and greater quantity. I have literally picked up hundreds of individual spent flowers over the past few weeks. These large snowball peduncles of blooms are shown here next to a tape measure, and look like they are around 4 1/2 inches (11.4 centimeters) in diameter.
