I cannot say enough positive things about good old fashioned Hoya bella.  If you keep it’s soil always moist, there is not an easier or more rewarding Hoya to keep in the north.  The cuttings will quickly fill a basket and will be rewarding you with hundreds of blooms in no time at all!
