Hoya pottsii ‘Coopers Creek’ IML 0353 has taken longer to bloom for me than any other Hoya that I have owned.  As near as I can figure, it took around six years to accomplish.  So if you are looking for quick blooms, you might want to look elsewhere.  If you are looking for beautiful, red tinged, shiny as glass, foliage, this plant might be just the ticket.
