Here is  a new photo from this week taken with a point and shoot of Hoya serpens in a grow tent.  This plant was bloomed completely under artificial light dispelling my notion that it could not be done.  This plant can be bloomed this way by moving it from a few weeks of  8-10 hour day length to artificial lighting with 16 hour days.  That is how I did it.  The plant almost has more buds than leaves at this point.
