I have searched the Internet for a legitimate photograph of buds or flowers for Hoya javanica ‘Milky Way’ without success.  I guess Vermont Hoyas is going to have to provide them!  After much Hair pulling, I finally got my specimen to begin budding up.  Here is a photo from this morning:
