Hoya pauciflora is a really great Hoya that is really, really hard to bloom.  Mine is blooming right now with its second bloom in five or six years.  The exciting  thing is that I have noticed at least three other peduncles on the plant with buds developing!  I got this plant to bloom by exposing it to quite cool temperatures for extended periods of time in my basement grow tent.
