I read a comment recently on one of the Hoya forums that Hoyas don’t bloom in the Northeast in December.  I have to beg to differ!  Even if you take my artificially lit, humid grow room out of the picture,  I do get some blooms.  Hoya calycina Stargazer bloomed at Christmas with no additional lighting and with almost no sun.  Here is Hoya kenejiana from last night growing in the regular, too dry, house, conditions with just a little bit of help from an inadequate grow light.
