Hoya sp. EPC-964 Water Drop was a free cutting that I got in an order from Ric Morier in 2016. It flowered in about a year from cutting in the summer of 2017 and has flowered regularly ever since. The blooms are fragrant smelling of lemon, but very short lived, lasting about 3 days.
According the the Epiphytica website, it is a hybrid of unknown origin. As can be seen from the photos below, it make a very handsome specimen plant. It requires no real special care and I can recommend it to anyone with the room for one more Hoya.
