Growing Hoya sp. UT-163 has not been easy for me.  I have had to start it over a couple of times.  It seems to need very little water.  I have to say that it is doing better for me right now than it has for some time.  I usually make a video of a plant after I flower it, but this one is so small that it will have to wait until I get a larger plant.
