Some Hoyas make lousy cut flowers and some Hoyas make amazing cut flowers.  I can say that Hoya lobbii only made it  a few days, Hoya chinghungensis looked good for close to a week and Hoya cumingiana looked fantastic for two weeks and even opened the middle set of buds after a week.  I plan on doing more of these studies in the future.
